The Booster Club is pleased to offer you spirit wear options for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. Ordering spirit wear is totally optional. Due to COVID we will be utilizing two order deadlines. If you order by the June 1st deadline, you will be assured to receive your order before school begins. We will also be offering a second order deadline in August or early September.
Here is how the order process will work for the first deadline of June 1st:
- Download and print the Order Form (see link below). On the Order Form, the style numbers for each garment are included in RED. You can use that style number from the Order Form to reference the garment on the Garment Sizing document (see link below) to find all the information that we have available regarding the sizing and measurements for the various garments. We have also attached a color chart which may be more accurate as to the actual colors listed on the order form.
- There are NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS for wrong sizes. If you are unsure of sizes even with the information available, then you will need to wait to order until there can be an event later on in which garments of multiple sizes are available to see and try on.
- The Order Form needs to be returned by 6/1/20 to Michelle Hourigan, 6007 Southridge Parkway, Parker, TX 75002. You can either put in the mail with your check payable to the “Dazzlers Booster Club” or drop it by her home. Please text Michelle at 214-538-7666 if you are dropping it off so she can make sure to look for it. You can also scan and email the order form to Michelle at email@example.com or fax to 972-461-2827. Please note, cell phone photos of the order form will not be acceptable. No matter how you pay, you will need to return the completed form to Michelle by the deadline.
- If you need to pay by credit card, you will pay on the Donations page click here. Fill in the total amount of your order and put “Spirit Wear” in the message area before adding to the cart and paying.
